Hi, I’m Hernán, a software engineer based in Santiago, Chile. I work with Python, AWS and data that moves back and forth. I got into programming through video games and math, and I stayed for the magic of watching something work.
Here I write about what doesn’t show up in the documentation: how to learn when AI hands you all the answers, how to find a job in a tough market, and how to keep a craftsman’s mindset when everything pushes you to go faster.
If you’re thinking without writing, you only think you’re thinking. — Leslie Lamport
